Pork belly, sliced thick, cured, and smoked... with a hint of maple. Perfect for everything, but we prefer ~18 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees!

All of our pigs are raised on pasture at our farm from birth to harvest, and are naturally antibiotic & hormone free.
