Custom Half Beef

You're going to need a BIG freezer for this one! Enjoy all of your steak, roasts, ground beef, etc., custom processed how you want it!

~250 Lbs of grass fed, corn finished, angus steaks (ribeye, filet, sirloin, swiss/cube steak, etc), roasts (chuck, arm, round, etc.) and ground beef: The flat-rate cost of $3,000 (~ average $12/Lb) is all-inclusive - this includes half a steer, delivery to the processor, all custom processing costs into your preferred cuts, and delivery of the meat to your door by refrigerated truck.

The $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your beef and next available spot for processing (we typically process around January, March, and June, so depending on when you order, please be aware that it may be several months or more out), and the remainder will be invoiced upon delivery of the steer for processing.
