Whole Hog Ground pork - We make our ground pork using the whole hog, including all of the choice cuts (loin, ham, shoulder, etc.) - where regular ground pork or beef is just made with the leftover trimmings and scraps.
All of our pigs are raised on pasture at our farm from birth to harvest, and are naturally antibiotic & hormone free.
