Bone-in Pork Chops! These are taken from the loin section of the pig. From the loin, a cut is made to the pigs spine section perpendicularly and an individual meat piece is drawn out from it that contains a vertebra or a rib.
All of our pigs are raised on pasture at our farm from birth to harvest, and are naturally antibiotic & hormone free.
