Smoked Ham

Show off your baking pan with this in the center of your table! We like to thaw completely, cross hatch cut the outside, add a glaze and bake to 145 internal temperature

Please note that these are cut directly from the pig, and not trimmed up as you would see at a grocery store (this means that these will usually have skin on, and the layer of fat left on part of the outside as shown in the picture)

All of our pigs are raised on pasture at our farm from birth to harvest, and are naturally antibiotic & hormone free.
