What is a Smoked Ham Hock - Cut from the bottom half of the pork leg, it’s a chunky, ~4-inch section of bone surrounded meat and fat, with skin still on - smoked and cured, these are a hard to find mainstay for pots of soup, beans, etc. (we have a favorite crockpot soup recipe for these!)
